Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that services, product and prices
are accurate and clearly detailed

Shipping And
Handling
All goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Orders taken before the relevant cut-off time (3 pm) will be despatched the same day,
subject to credit card approval and availability. Goods are only available for
despatch within the United Kingdom and any potential overseas customers should
contact us for individual arrangements.
Items out of
stock
Where stock is unavailable, the customer will be informed by
email with the opportunity to wait for new stock or accept a substitute product.
It is NOT our policy to substitute items without the customer's explicit
consent.

Returns
If for any reason you are not
entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned within 7 days
in its original packaging and
unused. Items Returned for refund will be subjected to a 15% handling charge.
Should any item be faulty, return it to us and we will dispatch a replacement
immediately. Your statutory rights are unaffected should you need to return
merchandise, please return via your local post office.
