Q: How do I Browse the shop?
When you browse through categories in the shop, products will be listed on the page. A product title, short description, price will be shown there and if selected, an advertising discount and thumbnail picture. When you click on the product title in the product browsing view, the product detailed view appears.

In the product detailed view you see the product title, short and detailed description, product options, detailed images, and if available. Here you can select product options, quantity etc and add the product to your shopping cart.

Q: How much is the Carriage for your products.
Carriage has been set at a once per order price of £4.50 plus an extra charge per item of £1.50p (Mainland Britain). This will be for a next day delivery providing the order is received before the 3pm cut off time.

Q: Are my credit card details safe?
YES, this site operates secure transactions with a current Security Certificate issued by Pay Pal. Apart from the PayPal logo, customers should always check to see if there is a padlock in the status bar of your browser. On this site you will only notice the padlock during submission of your credit card details. Thus giving you full piece of mind.

Q: Is the shopping cart easy to use?
The shopping cart is easy to use. It is powered by the popular shopping system. You can see how many items you have in the shopping cart and the total amount of the order. The shopping cart is located on the left panel and you may view your order or check out whenever you want by pressing the shopping cart button.

When you add an item to the shopping cart, or click View cart the Item order form appears. Here you can view items in the shopping cart or modify the order.

Q: Are the sizes accurate?
Every effort has been made in keeping the sizes up to date but unfortunately manufacturers can sometimes change specification without notifying ourselves. Mr Bigs Clothing  will not be held responsible for any errors in the sizes. The same can be said of the images, they should not be used as a perfect representation of colour, as every monitor will display them differently, never the less they are a useful guide.

If you find a mistake in size or colour and you feel it is a major one, please let us know so that we can amend the products details as soon as possible.
